Cancellation Policy

To Our Valued GuestsYour appointments are very important to all members of our team at UNION SALON and UNION SALON SOUTH. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hours notice for adjustments to, or cancellation of, your appointment.

We will strive to accommodate any requested appointment changes and understand that unforeseen situations may arise. However, in the event that you fail to make your appointment without a 24-hours notice, we will ask that you supply a credit card number if you wish to make another appointment. If we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your card:

  • Notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a $25 charge.

  • Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
